I’m Olivia Willis—coach, entrepreneur, and founder of She Leads Elite, where ambition meets execution. I help women who feel overlooked at work become confident, visible, and promotion-ready.

I built this movement for one reason: too many brilliant women are doing the work but not getting the recognition, leadership roles, or income they deserve. I’ve seen what happens when you stop shrinking, start speaking up, and lead with clarity and power—and now I teach others how to do exactly that.

Now, as a coach, mentor, and leader, I help others rise into their fullest potential. Through She Leads Elite, I’m building a movement of powerful women ready to grow, lead, and thrive on their own terms.

2023

At 27, I became the #1 female sales representative in my organization, breaking the $280K income mark. That year, I was honored to be spotlighted in My SA News for Women in Automotive—a full-circle moment that reflected both my hustle and my heart for empowering others in the industry.

2022

At 26, I celebrated breaking the $200K income mark—proving what’s possible when passion meets purpose.

2018

By 22, I became the first female manager in my automotive group, launching a BDC department from the ground up. That role became the foundation of my leadership path.

2015

At 20, I took a leap and moved to San Antonio, TX, starting my first sales job. It was the beginning of my personal and professional transformation.

2014

At 19, I started my first job as a service cashier at a dealership—feeling lost, but determined to find purpose.
